Visitors to Liberty Midlands Mall need not worry about shopping in a safe and secure environment, as Fidelity Security goes to great lengths to ensure the safety of all shoppers from the time they enter our premises until the time they leave. Security guards are stationed all over the premises throughout the mall as well as in the security control room – which is the hub of all the security efforts that take place on a continuous basis. These dedicated security guards – on duty 24 hours a day – are trained on a regular basis to ensure that they are prepared for any possible incidents regarding the safety of our shoppers. Daily communication between the supervisors, staff and the SAPS ensure that if need be, swift and effective action can be taken against offenders.

Crime Prevention

1. Do not attract unwarranted attention by openly displaying cash, expensive jewellery, cameras and other valuables.
2. Avoid carrying large sums of money.
3. Never leave your bag or purse in your trolley unattended.
4. Beware of pickpockets and never keep your wallet in your back pocket.
5. Ensure that your car is locked properly and never leave your valuables in sight.
6. Do not accept assistance from strangers at the ATM’s and never reveal to PIN and report lost or stolen cards immediately to the toll free numbers at the ATM’s
