Undercover Parking

Parking undercover is as easy as one, two, and three...

1. Simply retain your ticket when entering the main gate at the mall and insert this same ticket at the boom gates when you enter the undercover parking. This ticket will again be returned to you.
2. After shopping visit one of the two pay stations and insert your ticket. The pay stations will give you notification of how much you need to pay and will return your ticket once the amount has been paid.
3. You have 15 minutes from the time the ticket is paid to exit the undercover parking area by inserting your ticket at the boom gates once again. Please note: Don't keep your ticket near cell phones or magnets as this can delete the information on the ticket. Pensioner's day is on Wednesdays where pensioners can swop their tickets at the information counter at the mall. They can go straight to their vehicles and exit the undercover parking without paying at the pay station.

Disable Parking

There are 17 disabled parking bays that are located near all main entrances to ensure easy and convenient access into the mall. These bays, found immediately next to the three entrances are designated as disabled parking bays  as follows:

Ramps leading from the parking areas into the three entrances allow easy access directly into the malls as well as onto the paving. 

A disable sticker is required to be placed on the windscreen and these are available from The Quad Para Association on 031 701 7444

Misuse of the paraplegic parking bays will result in the clamping of wheels, of the offenders cars by Mall security; and an immediate fine of R500 for the removal thereof. 

Family Parking Bays
Liberty Midlands Mall understands mothers and families needs and has especially reserved Family Parking bays, designed to help families with babies and young children to have close access to main Mall entrances and to add to their pleasant shopping experience. Family Bays are situated near entrance 1, 2, 3 and 4.

Undercover Parking
Pensioners receive FREE undercover parking on Wednesdays. You can obtain your free exit card from the Customer Care desk in Centre Court. Please ensure you bring your ID or pensioners card with you.

Pick ‘n Pay is providing their customers get 2 hours FREE under cover parking on any day you shop at Liberty Midlands Mall Pick ‘n Pay. All you need to do is request your complimentary 2 hour free parking ticket while paying for you items at the Pick ‘n Pay till point. Please note that this is only for customers who shop at Pick ‘n Pay.
